Fees
The Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (Chapter 13) states that public government data can be inspected free of charge. However, there are guidelines for charging requesters should they request copies of government data.
Charges are assessed depending on the type and classification of the data. Fees are deposited into the Trunk Highway Fund.
