Hwy 59 Corridor Study
In 2017, MnDOT and the City of Worthington partnered to conduct a Study of Hwy 59 (Humiston Ave. and Oxford St.). Through the traffic and engineering analysis of the roadway, along with community input on priorities and design concepts, the Hwy 59 Corridor Study provided a long-term vision for a future reconstruct of the roadway. The vision supports economic development, safety for all modes of transportation, and encouragement of pedestrian and bicycle movements.
