- 169 Redefine—Elk River: Convert to freeway; Hwy 169 one lane each way, 24-7 at Main St. until Nov. 1
- Hwy 10, Hwy 23 —St. Cloud: Reconstruct; one lane each way, 24-7 at interchange until Nov. 1, access ramp detours
- Hwy 25—south Buffalo: Reconstruct; detour to Montrose until late summer (city led)

- Hwy 10 St. Cloud to Clearwater: Install cable median; periodic weekday lane closures - Begins April 15
- Hwy 169 Aitkin to Hassman: Resurface, widen road; detour to McGregor - Begins April 22
