Flagging Operations on Hwy 23/Co. Rd 5 Entrance and Exit Ramps May 14, 2026

WILLMAR, Minn.—Starting Thurs., May 14, motorists will encounter slowed travel and brief stop conditions as flaggers assist them through the entrance and exit ramps at the Hwy 23/County Road 5 interchange, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Crews will be applying a protective surface treatment to the pavement, and the work is expected to be completed the same day, weather permitting.

Duininck Inc. is the prime contractor for the $21.6 million, two-year resurfacing project.
