Highway 14 resurfacing completed in Rochester

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Resurfacing on Highway 14 (12th Street South) in Rochester is completed and the road is fully open to traffic, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Work began on May 5. Resurfacing occurred from Highway 52 to Crossroads Drive SW and from 3rd Avenue SE to Marion Road SE/15th Avenue. Work also included sidewalk repairs and replacements, crosswalk improvements and new pedestrian ramps. This project restored the pavement while improving the pedestrian experience with new sidewalk, curb cuts and crossings.
