Detours on Highway 9 near Ada and Highway 75 near Halstad begin Sept. 2
Motorists will detour as crews replace culverts along each segment
Bemidji, Minn. – According to the Minnesota Department of Transportation, a culvert replacement project on Highway 9 near Ada and Highway 75 near Halstad will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 2. The detour on Highway 9 south of Ada will last approximately four days while crews replace a culvert located north of the Wild Rice River. On Highway 75 crews will replace two culverts south of Halstad with the detour expected to last through Sept. 12.
- Highway 9 detour south of Ada: Highway 200, County Road 24 and County Road 39
- Highway 75 detour south of Halstad: Highway 200, County Road 10 and County Road 19
Through traffic will not be allowed to ensure safety of the workers.
