MnDOT invites Mora area residents, businesses to public event June 5 for Hwy 65 and 23 study findings

BAXTER, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation invites the traveling public, area residents and businesses to learn about the preferred design alternatives on Wednesday, June 5, for the Highway 65 and Highway 23 corridor in Mora.

The meeting will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 5, at Mora City Hall, 101 S Lake St., Mora, MN.
There will be no formal presentation. Attendees are encouraged to come and go at their leisure.

MnDOT project staff will review the preferred design alternatives and share information on findings from the corridor study in Mora, which covers the area on Highway 65 between Ninth Street and the Ann River bridge and Highway 23 between Highway 65 and Mahogany Street. The study identifies future safety and access needs throughout the corridor segment. The study will inform plans for reconstruction in 2030.
