Description:. This is a one-day Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) Course that is designed to enable the participants to obtain an understanding of the fundamental concepts and State standard practices related to the ICE process and the new Traffic Engineering Manual regarding intersections, within the State of Minnesota.
Audience: MnDOT, city, county, contractor, and consultant personnel.
