Policy statement

Managerial notices prepared for and issued by the Office of the Commissioner are to be designated “Commissioner’s Memoranda,” and will be prepared, approved and distributed in accordance with guidelines and procedures issued under this Policy Position Statement.

Reason for retiring the policy

The policy and guideline no longer reflect contemporary business practices.
