Reason for retiring policy
The newly created, comprehensive Agency Policy Manual provides a clear, transparent, and standardized process for developing and maintaining agency policies. The Manual describes internal duties and responsibilities related to the lifecycle of policy governance from intake to development, review, approval, publication, maintenance, and finally, retirement.
The goals of the Administrative Policy Development and Management Policy are accomplished through the procedures described in the Agency Policy Manual. The Manual negates the need for a policy and a separate Roles and Responsibilities document.
