Highway 212

About this project

Crews will improve safety on about 2.5 miles of Hwy 212 by building J-turns to help prevent “T-bone” crashes, and will install cable median barrier to help prevent head-on crossover crashes.

Summary of work

• Build J-turns at four intersections:
  • Co. Rd. 131
  • Wells Ave.
  • Co. Rd. 31
  • W. Railroad St.
• Install cable median barrier
• Install accessible crossings

All traffic impacts are tentative and weather dependent. Access to residences and businesses will remain open.
