Utility coordination
District 8's utility coordination process involves many parties.
- Project Managers are responsible for the overall project during the plan development process, or for a particular stage of project development in the plan development process.
- Consulting engineers may also be involved with aspects of utility coordination, including project management.
- Construction is involved early in the process to help assure a smooth transition from design to construction.
2020 annual utility meeting - canceled
With guidance from state health officials about protecting the health and well-being of Minnesotans and preventing further spread of COVID-19, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will indefinitely postpone all scheduled public meetings effective immediately.
