- Chip seal Hwy 14 from Lake Benton to the Lincoln/Lyon county line.
- Line culverts along the project route.
- Bring sidewalks and pedestrian ramps up to current Americans with Disabilities (ADA) standards in the city of Tyler.

- Project will be done under traffic and will not necessitate a detour.
