About this project
A roadway project is planned for 2025 construction on Hwy 75 from the intersection with Main Street to Veterans Drive in Luverne. In addition to improving the pavement, roadway safety improvements will be made at the intersection with Main Street and pedestrian safety improvements will be made throughout the project.
Benefits
- Resurface roadway to provide a smooth surface
- Three-lane configuration to remain the same, which currently includes bike lanes and center left turn lanes
- Update pedestrian cross walks and sidewalk to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards
- Add designated left turn lanes, wider turning radius, and new traffic signal system at the intersection with Main Street
