Traffic impacts

Hwy 65 south of Pengilly will be detoured from September 7-19. The detour route takes Itasca County Road 12 to Hwy 169.

Hwy 61 work take place September 27 - October 16 with a detour on Lake County Road 4 to County Road 5.
Hwy 1 north of Ilgen City work will take place September 18-27 with single lane traffic with flaggers and shoulder closures.
Hwy 169 in Hibbing work will take place September 25 - October 6 with lane and shoulder closures.

Summary of work

This project will repair and replace deteriorated culverts and drainage structures to provide for adequate hydraulic capacity, stream stability, and road core integrity.
