How it works

We'll work with a contractor over four years, to plan, conduct and report activities for the comprehensive review.

First phase

We'll gather documents and conduct a desk review. 

Second phase

We'll conduct an on-site visit to the main location of a public transit system, typically will be over a two-day period.

Third phase

We'll produce a report to identify findings, advisory recommendations, and best practices.
