How to get account for application

1. Fill out the approval form for application use (PDF).
2. Send the completed form to County Engineer, the County Engineer will need to send the completed form to saltirhelp.dot@state.mn.us.
• Per State Aid agreement with County Engineers, access to PathWeb requires an approval by the County Engineer. To validate the approval, a completed approval form must be sent from the County Engineer’s email.
  
3. After receiving approval, you will get an email from saltirhelp.dot@state.mn.us with instructions on verifying your account.
