What you need to provide to the unit
- Completed utility plan sheets that meet the requirements of the project
- Project Manager Certification
- Coordination with utility owners that have facilities on your project according to the Utilities Manual
- Review of utility permit applications
- Relocation completion dates for affected utilities
- Reviewed utility relocation plans, estimates, and property rights documents (when applicable) for utility agreements
