Business Workshop, open house set for Monday, March 18 to learn about Hwy 65 study in Spring Lake Park, Blaine and Ham Lake
ROSEVILLE, Minn. — The public is invited to attend an open house on March 18, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the National Sports Center in Blaine. The open house will focus on a study underway on Hwy 65 in from Spring Lake Park to Ham Lake. The section of Hwy 65 between Bunker Lake Boulevard in Ham Lake and County Road 10/Mounds View Boulevard in Spring Lake Park currently has capacity, access, mobility and safety issues. Attendees will learn about the study and help the team identify transportation issues and priorities for the Hwy 65 study area. MnDOT and the cities of Spring Lake Park, Blaine and Ham Lake will be available to answer questions. The presentation begins at 5 p.m.
The open house will be preceded by a business workshop the morning of March 18, 2019 from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the Duffy Board Room at the National Sports Center. The workshop will address concerns of interest to local business leaders.
Anyone unable to attend the open house or business workshop can still learn about the study by visiting the project website to check out the virtual open house. It will be available from March 18 through 29 to allow residents, commuter and the business community to share feedback.
