The project consisted of replacement of an existing local street flyover Bridge (No. 9176), replacement of the Dobbins Creek Bridge (No. 8929) and replacement of the Turtle Creek Bridges (Nos. 6807 and 6808). Estimated cost: $12 to $18 million.
