Short detour for culvert work on Hwy 4 project begins September 13
WILLMAR, Minn. – The Highway 4 resurfacing project from Fairfax to the intersection of Highway 4 and Highway 68 started Monday, July 17. The project includes the resurfacing of Highway 4 for 13.4 miles, the replacement of two culverts, replacement of bridge approach panels and installation of new guardrail.
The project will require a short detour for culvert work. The detour will go into effect September 13 – September 19. Traffic will be detoured using CR 5, CR 15 and CR 29.
