DULUTH, Minn. —Motorists traveling on the Hwy 169 Cross Range Expressway in Taconite will encounter a temporary gravel surface and be required to reduce speed beginning July 14.

A 24-hour flagging operation will be in place on County Road 7 throughout the week as crews continue work on a grading and excavation project.
The project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2017.
