Capital Construction

The Capital Construction solicitation is the primary funding opportunity of the Corridors of Commerce program.

Readiness Advancement

Up to 10% of Corridors of Commerce funds available in each fiscal year may be allocated for specific readiness advancement activities in the areas of planning, scoping, predesign, preliminary engineering, and environmental analysis.

Program history

Since 2013, the Corridors of Commerce program has funded more than $1.5 billion in trunk highway improvements across Minnesota.

The goal of the Corridors of Commerce program is to focus additional transportation investments in state highway projects that directly and indirectly foster economic growth.
