Lake Latoka rest area building reopens
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. –The Minnesota Department of Transportation has reopened the building at the Lake Latoka Rest Area on eastbound Interstate 94 near Alexandria. The rest area was temporarily closed for emergency maintenance repairs due to no running water.
